WALES-Probate Jurisdiction-In the Matter of the Estate of THOMAS ROBERT BLACKMAN late of Brookvale In the State of New South Wales Retired Farmer deceased - Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898 the Testa-tor's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916 and the Trustee Act, 1925, Notice is hereby given that every creditor or other person having any debt or claim upon or affect-ing the Estate of the abovennmed deceased who died on or about the fourteenth day of November 1929 and Probate of whose Will was on the twenty-eighth day of April 1930, granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales to the PUBLIC TRUSTEE, is hereby required to send In particu- lars in writing of such debt or claim to the said Public Trustee on or before the thirty first day of July 1930, at the expiration of which time the said Public Trustee will proceed to convey and distribute the property and assets of the said de- ceased to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts or claims of which he then has notice And Notice is hereby further given that the said Public Trustee will not be liable for the property or assets or any part thereof so conveyed or distributed to any person of whose debt or claim he shall not have had notice at the time of such conveyance or distribution MCPHER- SON and BAWDEN Proctors for Public Trustee.
