dearly loved husband of Emily Bee Attwood and
beloved father of Marjorie (Mrs, W. K. Turner),
and Betty, aged 56 years.

-tion of fourteen days from the publication
hereof application will be made to the Supreme
Court of the State of Victoria, in its Probate
Jurisdiction by Emily Bee Atwood, of 4 Wallace-
street, Ashfield, Sydney, in the State of New South
Wales, widow, the executrix of the will (dated
the 5th day of August 1912) of ARTHUR ASHBY
ATTWOOD late of Ashfield, near Sydney, in the
State of New South Wales, accountant deceased
that the SEAL of the said Supreme Court may
be AFFlXED to the probate of the will of the
said Arthur Ashby Attwood deceased, granted
by the Supreme Court of the state of New South
Wales on the seventh day of October, 1936, to the
said Emily Bee Attwood.
