• Obituary: Goulburn Herald - Country News - Crookwell Death, 1894 Mar 14, Goulburn, Argyle County, New South Wales. ⁵ It is with regret that I have to chronicle the death of Mr Joseph Brown, of Crookwell, which took place at his father's residence, near Dalton, this morning. He had been until lately doing blacksmithing; but, owing to illness, he retired to Dalton for a change, which seems to have been of no avail. The deceased was respected in Crookwell; he leaves many friends and relatives behind him. (13 March 1894)
