CHRISTIE v CHRISTIE.
The petitioner, William James Christie, sued for a divorce from Annie Jane Christie (for-merly Stephenson) on the ground of deser-tion. The marriage sought to be dissolved took place at Goulburn, in 1887. Mr. R. W. Fraser appeared for the petitioner. A decree nisi was pronounced, returnable in six months.
