Hugh Thorpe and John Martin were
indicted for that they did on the 20th
December of last year, steal from the
person of John Willis, a cheque for £15
3s., which they afterwards tendered in
payment to Emanuel Ackman, Corio-
street.
The prisoners pleaded not guilty.

In the goods of Adie Cramp, late of Adeby near Geelong, in the colony of Victoria, tailor deceased.
Notice is hereby given than an appli-cation will be made to this honorable court in its ecclesiastical jurisdiction, after the expiration of fourteen days from the publi-cation hereof that letters of administration of the goads, chattels, and ..sts of the said Adie Cramp deceased, be granted to Martha Cramp, the widow of the deceased. any of the property or the deceased, are required to pay
or make restitution without delay, otherwise legal pro-
ceedings will be resorted to.
