indicted for that they did on the 20th
December of last year, steal from the
person of John Willis, a cheque for £15
3s., which they afterwards tendered in
payment to Emanuel Ackman, Corio-
street.
The prisoners pleaded not guilty.

above estate are requested to send in particulars
within fourteen das from this date, to Mr. James
Harrison, or Mr John Noble, Malop-street, who are
acting on behalf of the widow and heirs of the deceased;
and parties indebted to the estate, or in possession of
any of the property or the deceased, are required to pay
or make restitution without delay, otherwise legal pro-
ceedings will be resorted to.
