STATUTORY -NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
Re GEORGE EDMUND CRAMP.
Deceased.
PURSUANT to the Provisions of "The Trustees and Executors Act of 1897" NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors and other persons having , any Claims or Demands upon or against the Estate of the abovenamed GEORGE EDMUND CRAMP late of Torrens Creek in the State of Queensland Retired Carrier deceased, who died on or about the Seventeenth day of November one thousand nine hundred and fifteen at Charters Tow-ers, In the said State, are hereby re-quired to send in, in writing, particu-lars of their Debts or Claims to JOHN MONTAGUE DEARDEN Executor of the Will of the said deceased address-ed to the office of the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said John Mon-tague Dearden, before TUESDAY the Thirteenth day of March one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that after the expiration of the last men-tioned date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said deceased amongst the parties en-titled thereto having regard only to the Claims of which he shall then have had notice AND THAT he will not be liable for the Assets or any part thereof be distributed to any persons of whose Debt or Claim he shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
