IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES PROBATE JURISDICTION IN THE WILL of JOHN SOUTHWELL late of Ainslie near Canberra in the Australian Capi- tal Territory, but formerly of "Car- rington" near Hall in the State of New South Wales, Retired Grazier, de- ceased. PURSUANT to the provisions of the Wills, Probate and Administra- tion Act 1898-1938, The Testator's Fam- ily Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938, and of The Trustee Act 1925-1938, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having any claim, debt or demand upon or against the Estate or otherwise interested in the property and assets of the above named deceased who died at Canberra in the Australian Capital , Territory on the twenty sixth day of January one thousand nine hundred and forty two and Probate of whose Will was grant- ed by the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Probate- Jurisdic- tion on the seventeenth day of April one thousand nine hundred and forty two to MARTIN JACK SOUTHWELL and HEDLEY HAZELL SOUTH- WELL the Executors named therein are hereby required to send, on for be- fore the twenty sixth day of June one thousand nine hundred and forty two full particulars in writing of their claims and demands upon the said Es- tate or in respect of, the said property and assets or any part thereof to the said Martin Jack Southwell and Hed- ley Hazell Southwell in care of the undersigned, the Proctors for the said Martin Jack Southwell and Hedley Hazell Southwell at the expiration of' which time the said Martin Jack Southwell and Hedley Hazel South- well, (intend to administer the said Es- tate and to convey distribute and/or appropriate the property and, assets of the said deceased to and among the parties and persons entitled thereto haying regard only to claims demands and interests of which they shall then have notice; and the said Martin Jack Southwell and Hedley Hazell South- well will not in respect of the property and assets or any part thereof so con- veyed distributed and appropriated be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such conveyance distribution and appropriation DATED this twenty ninth day of April, 1942.
