JONES V JONES.
Alleging adultery with three co-respondents John James Clifford Jones sought divorce from Dorothy May Jones (formerly Worner), to whom he was married on May 16, 1925, at the Bellevue Hill Church of England. The co-respondents were Leeland Hubert Stumbles,(also known as Dick Stumbles), Harry Fletcher, and Walter Smalley, who all denied the allegations against them. The wife did not
defend the suit.
In delivering reserved judgment, his Honor found that adultery between the co-respon-dent Stumbles and the respondent had not been proved, but that adultery had been proved between the respondent and the two co-respondents, Fletcher and Smalley. A decree nisi was granted. No order was made for costs against Smalley or Stumbles, but Fletcher was directed to pay costs so far as the issues against him were concerned. The question of custody was allowed to stand over until the matter was put in the list to be dealt with.

There are other people in this site, for various reasons, some not related at all. Some are married into my family, some I once thought were related and, turns out, they are not.

On the Aborigines: Unfortunately, I can only place global statements not he web pages. The aborigines I am aware of are in the Blackman Line and are from the children of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley.
