Rockhampton, March 9. The marriage of Miss Dora Estrel Ward, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Ward, to Mr. Clarence Tillidge, youngest son of the late Mr. C. H. Tillidge, was cele-brated yesterday afternoon in the Camp-bell-street Methodist Church. The church had been tastefully decorated by friends of the bride. The Rev. G. Phillips per-formed the ceremony. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a becoming white satin measaline frock made in pinafore effeft, with an under-bodice of georgette. The panels on the skirt and the front of the bodice were handsomely hand-beaded and the cos-tume was finished at the waist headband-made flowers and a long sash, the ends forming the train. She wore a tull veil arranged in mob cay style with ahead-band of silver leaves and or Mgel blossom and carried a bouquet of choice flowers the gift of the bridegroom. Miss Kathleen Horser (Brisbane) was brides-maid. She wore a pretty white cotton vaile dress with touches of pale blue and a pale-blue taffeta hat, and carried a bouquet of flowers. She wore the bridegrooms gift'97 a gold armlet. Mr J. Patterson was best man. After the cere-mony the party adjourned to the resi-dence of the bride's parents. The table decorations were in blue and purple, the colour; of the Forty-second Bat-talian -with who, the bridegroom served during the war. Mr. and Mrs. Tillidge left later by the northern mail train, for Emiee. The bride travelled on a navy-blue moremn frock relieved with silver grey and a hat en suite. The bride and bridegroom were the recipients of numerous hand-some wedding presents, including gifts from the office staff of the Aus-tralian Mutual Provident Society, the Campbell-street Methodist Church choir, and the officers of military headquarters and the staff of A. Com-pany.
