Mary Mildred Young (formerly Watson) petitioned for a decree for dissolu-tion of marriage against her husband, Richard Benson Young, on the ground of his alleged adultery with one Ethel Blindt. The parties were married at the Church of England, Mur-rurundi in December, 1903. Mr. L. S. Woolcott appeared for the petitioner. The case was adjourned for further evidence.

YOUNG v YOUNG.
This was a petition by Mary Mildred Young (formerly Watson) for divorce from Richard Benson Young on the ground of alleged adul-tery with one Ethel Blindt. The petitioner and respondent were married at St. Paul's Church of England, Murrurundi, in December, 1903. Mr. L. S. Woolcott appeared for the petitioner. A decree nisi was granted, re-turnable in six months.
