"Real Property Act of 1861," to dispense
with the production of Certificate of
Title No. N 13163, volume 168. folio 134,
Northern District Register, in the name
of The Public Curator of Queensland
as Administrator of the Estate of James
Carter Dann, for subdivision 11 of sec-
tion 12 of subdivision 4 of portion 12,
county of Beaconsfield, parish of Clon-
curry, for the purpose of registering
Transfer No. N 248712 of the said land,
in favour of Walter Percy Harcourt
Dann, the said Certificate of Title
having been lost, mislaid, or destroyed.
