From Bankruptcy
A discharge from bankrupty was
granted to Charles George Cramp,
plumber, of Davey street, Parkside, by
Acting Judge Haslam in the Bankruptcy
Court today.
Cramp's estate was sequestrated on
June 24, 1935, on his own petition.
Assets realised were £ 18/1/11 and
liabilities for dividend purposes were
£234/9/9. (allowing a dividend of 9d.
in the pound. the Official Receiver re-
ported.
The bankrupt gave as the cause of
his bankruptcy the falling off in the
building trade in the years 1930-1.
