BLACKMAN v BLACKMAN.
In this suit Richard Arthur Blackman asked for an order for the restitution of con- jugal rights, directed to his wife, Julia May Blackburn (formerly Maher). Mr. L. B. Bertram appeared for the petitioner, who was married to the respondent in January, 1915, at Paramatta, according to the rites of the Church of England. An order in the usual terms was granted.

BLACKMAN V BLACKMAN.
This was a suit by Richard Arthur Blackman for a divorce from his wife, Julia May Blackman (formerly Maher) on the ground that she had not compiled with a decree for the restitution of conjugal rights. The parties were married at Parramatta on January 9, 1913, according to the rites of the Church of England. A decree nisi was granted, return- able in six months. Mr. L. B. Bertram ap- peared for the petitioner.
