This was a suit in which Agnes May Cramp
(formerly Polhill) petitioned for a decree for
restitution of conjugal rights to be directed
to John Alfred Cramp, to whom she was
married on September 7, 1918, at the Regis-
trar's office, Westham, England. Respondent
did not appear, and his Honor granted a
decree ordering him to return to or take back
petitioner within 21 days of the date of its
service upon him. Mr. V. M. Pike appeared
for the petitioner.

John Alfred Cramp sought a dissolution of
his marriage with Agnes May Cramp(formerly
Polhill) on the ground of her misconduct
with Edward Woods, who was Joined as co-
respondent. The parties were married at the
District Registry, West Ham, England, In
September, 1917. His Honor found the Issue
proved, and granted a decree nisi, returnable in
six months.
