Mr. L. Owen, K.C., and Mr. R. K. Manning, Instructed by Messrs. Shipway and Berne, ap- peared for the plaintiff; and Mr. Harvey and Mr. Parker, instructed by Mr. A. Muddle, for the defendants. In this suit the plaintiff, Penelope Esther Ann Cramp, sought an order for the payment to her of a share of the pro- ceeds of sale of certain shares held in her name and that of her deceased husband. The defendant company and the other defendant were trustees of the will of John James Cramp, the late husband of plaintiff, and it appeared that during his lifetime the deceased purchased shares, in several companies in the Joint names of himself and his wife. Among these com- panies were the Wickham and Bullock Island Company, the Australian Gaslight Company, and the North Coast Steam Navigation Com- pany; but shares In the three companies named were sold, with the consent of his wife, but the proceeds were retained by the deceased. The suit was for payment over of the money received for the shares.

There are other people in this site, for various reasons, some not related at all. Some are married into my family, some I once thought were related and, turns out, they are not.

On the Aborigines: Unfortunately, I can only place global statements not he web pages. The aborigines I am aware of are in the Blackman Line and are from the children of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley.
