NOTICE. is herebygiven that by Indenture of Assign-ment of even date herewith made between COLIN DAVISON, of Raglan in the colony of New South Wales, Farmer, of the first part; JOHN PRITCHARD SMITH, of Bathurst. In the said colony, Merchant, and GEORGE CHURCHES, of Rag- lan aforesaid, Farmer, Trustees for the purposes thereinafter mentioned, of the second part ; and the several persons and bodies corporate, creditors of the said Collin Davison, whose names are mentioned in the first schedule thereunder written or thereunto annexed, and all other the creditors of, the said Colin Davison, of the third part : All the estate, property and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, of the said Colin Davison, have been released and assured unto the said trustees, their executors: Administrators and assigns, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Collin Davison and Notices is hereby further given that the said Deed, duly executed and attested as by law required, is now lying at the office of SYDNEY WILLIAM

The appeal of Robert Anderson and Robert Francis Anderson against a conviction at Hill End by Mining Warden Burke for mining Crown land at Golden Gully, Tam-baroora was dismissed with costs Mr Colin Davison, instructed by Mr George Davison, ap-peared for appellant, and Mr. C. A. White (Crown Prosecutor), Instructed by Mr. J. D'Apice of the Mines Department, in support of the conviction.
