The house was built in 1921-1922. The house was purchased by Wilfred Cramp between 1926 and 1928. An austere and crisp example of the Inter- War California Bungalow style. It is a single-storeyed, tile-roofed residence with the expected arrangement of main medium-pitched gable from which projects a subsidiary gable over the recessed balcony. The walling is of red-brown brick on a rendered base, small hooded recess down one side of the house. The gables have simple barge boards, which on the main gable are supported by projecting purlins, ridge and plates. The main front window is a rectangular-facetted oriel with a shingled apron and five casement lights glazed in leaded glass with an Art Nouveau motif. A pair of fully glazed doors leads on to the balcony, which has a brick balustrade with a soldier-course coping, and render-topped piers supporting the beams. There appear to be no chimneys.

There are other people in this site, for various reasons, some not related at all. Some are married into my family, some I once thought were related and, turns out, they are not.

On the Aborigines: Unfortunately, I can only place global statements not he web pages. The aborigines I am aware of are in the Blackman Line and are from the children of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley.
