MOTORIST SUCCEEDS.
Francis Charles Harvey, 30, grazier, ap-pealed against his conviction and the fine of £10 Imposed upon him by Mr. Farrington, S.M., at the Central Police Court on February 17 on a charge of having driven a motor cat- ín Parramatta Road while under the influence of Intoxicating liquor.
Appellant submitted that he was not under the influence of Intoxicating liquor.
His Honor allowed the appeal, and quashed the conviction.
Mr. N. A. Jenkyn (Instructed by Mr. J. J. Hanley, of Crookwell, by his agents, Messrs. Taylor and Kearney) appeared for the appel-lant.
