COPP v COPP.
On the ground of desertion, Muriel Adeline Georgina Copp (formerly De Lassie), sought for a dissolution of her marriage with Arthur Robert Copp. The parties were married on April 24, 1906, at Sydney, according to the rites of the Congregational Church. Mr. R.E. Taylor appeared for petitioner, in whose favour a decree nisi, returnable in six months was granted.
