I give devise and bequeath all and every my household goods landstenements and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of whatsoevernature or kind they may be or consist of to Mr William Deller of theNew Road Hammersmith in the County of Middlesex in trust for two of mychildren namely Joseph Hay and Emily Hay now residing with me to bedivided equally share and share alike I give and bequeath to myexecutor the above named William Deller the sum of ten pounds and thathe may reimburse himself for all reasonable expenses in carrying outthe trusts and that he employs Mr.T.H. Barker of 142 Blackfriars Roadto sell and dispose of my interest in the above house should I beliving there at or previously to my decease and I declare this to bemy last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills byme heretofore made
