Take Notice that Elsie Amelia Ball has com- menced a suit against you in this Honourable Court and is applying for a dissolution of her marriage with you on the ground that you have without Just cause or excuse wilfully deserted her and without any such cause or excuse left her continuously so deserted during three years and upwards And further take Notice that you are required to enter an appearance to the said suit at the proper office of this Honourable Court on or before the tweiity-nlnth day of January one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two and in the event of you not doing so within the time limited or obtaining fuither time the Peti- tioner will proceed and the suit be heard and determined your absence notwithstanding.
