POSSESSION OF BICYCLE.
BATHURST, Tuesday.
Oliver Allen Moonie, l8, and Adrian Stan-ley Delaney, 26, were charged at the police court with having stolen a bicycle owned by Charles Henry Johnson, a gold fossicker, Johnson left the bicycle under a bush on the Sydney road, near Cox's River. Defendants, who were travelling in a turnout, took pos-session of the machine, and when arrested they said they thought it was lost, and were tak-ing it to the police station. Delaney was fined £5, in default three months imprison- ment. Moonie was discharged.
