PARRY v PARRY.
Reserved judgment -was delivered in the suit by Robert Aston Parry for divorce from Valerie Florence Parry (formerly Shurmer) on the ground of desertion. The wife, in her answer, denied desertion, and alleged that, her hus- band had deserted her. She asked for disso- lution of the marriage on that ground. The husband denied desertion on his part.
The parties were married on May 9, 1929, at Glebe.
His Honor found in favour of the wife and granted her a decree nisi for dissolution of the marriage. The husband's petition was dis-missed.
Mr. J. B. Sweeney, of Miss C. Jollie Smith and Co., appeared for the husband, and Mr. Humphrey Mansfield for the wife.

There are other people in this site, for various reasons, some not related at all. Some are married into my family, some I once thought were related and, turns out, they are not.

On the Aborigines: Unfortunately, I can only place global statements not he web pages. The aborigines I am aware of are in the Blackman Line and are from the children of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley.
