David Laver, of Mudgeeraba, a timber getter, was knocked down by a team on Saturday near the Queensland border. The waggon passed over his chest and he was taken to Southport for treatment. He is in a precarious condition.

In the LANDS and GOODS of DAVID LAVER, late of Mudgeeraba, in the State of Queens-land, Teamster, Deceased, Intestate. Notice is hereby given that, after the expira-tion of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof, application will he made to this Honourable Court that ADMINISTRATION of the REAL and PERSONAL ESTATE of the abovnamed David Laver, de-ceased, who died intestate, may be granted to the UNION TRUSTEE COM-PANY OP AUSTRALIA, LIMITED (JESSIE ELIZABETH LAVER, of Mudgeeraba aforesaid, the lawful Widow and Relict of the said deceased, having authorised the said company to apply). Any person interested who desires to object to the application, or to the heard upon it, may file a Caveat in the Registry at anytime before the grant is made.
