day, July 15th, at St. John's
Church, Kalgoorlie, by the Ven.
Archdeacon Collick, John Henry,
eldest son of Mr. J. T. Cramp, of
'Conewarre.' Claremont, Tas-
mania, and Ruby, second daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Pearce, of
Kunanalling.

A pretty wedding was celebrated
in the St. John's Church. Kalgoor-
lie, on Wednesday. July 15, between
Mr. John Henry Cramp, eldest son
of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Cramp, of
'Conewarre,' Claremont, Tasmania,
and Miss Ruby Pearce, second
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H.
Pearce, Kunanalling. The ceremony
was performed by the Ven. Arch-
deacon Collick. The bride, who was
given away by her father, looked
charming in a gown of ivory crepe
de-chene, the skirt was draped with
shadow and point lace, the train
was trimmed with silk true lovers'
knots and sprays of orange blossom,
the bodice was finished with
ninon, point lace and pearls : her
tulle veil was fastened with a
wreath of orange blossom, and she
carried a bouquet of white roses and
ferns, the gift of the bridegroom.
Her sisters (Misses Lylie and Claire
Pearce) acted as bridesmaids, both
of whom wore white pailette silk,
witih tunics of shadow lace. Sprays
of pink roses were worn at the
waist. They carried bouquets and
wore gold Nellie Stewart. bangle
and pearl and emerald neckleb re-
spectively, gifts of the bridegroom.
Mr. Jim Cramp (brother of bride
groom) acted as best man, and Mr.
Bert Nelmes as groomsman. After
the ceremony an adjournment was
made to the residence of the bride's
brother (Mr. W. B. Pearce), of
Addis-street, Kalgoorlie, where the
wedding breakfast was partaken of,
at which the usual toasts were hon-
oured. In the evening music and
dancing were kept up until a late
hour. Many valuable and useful
presents were received. Amongst
those present were: '97 Mr. and Mrs.
Pearce, Mr. and Mrs. Ware, Mr.
and Mrs. De Gracie, Mr. and Mrs.
Phil Hogg. Mrs. Townsend, Misses
L. and C. Pearce. Miss Amy Bosis-
tow, Miss M. Russell, Miss Irene
Rogers. Miss Lily Bosistow, Miss
Vera Williamson, Miss V. Russell,
Mr. Jim Cramp, Mr. Bert Nelmes,
Mr. W. B. Pearce. Mr. J. Grey,
and Mr. T. Boileau.
