RE Will of HENRY GEORGE HOUGHTON late of Cowra, in the State of New South Wales, Retired Farmer and Grazier deceased. Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 23rd August 1943. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898-1940 Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and Trustee Act 1923-1942 Annie Houghton, Wil-liam Leslie Houghton and Edwin Henry Houghton the Executors of the Will of the said Henry George Houghton who died on 28th May 1943 hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the Estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the Execu-tors in care of the undersigned Garden & Montgomerie at their office hereunder men-tioned on or before the 6th February 1944 at the expiration of which time the said Executors will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
