PORT KEMBLA, Wednesday.
A double bend on a winding road near Port Kembla was the scene of a serious acci-dent yesterday afternoon a few hours after an inquest had been held into the death of a motor cyclist who was fatally injured at the same place.
George John Varley, Port Kembla, who was a passenger in a car which collided with a taxi-cab on the bend received a serious in- jury to his left eye and injuries to his left arm. He was taken by the Illawarra ambu- lance to the Wollongong District Hospital, where he was admitted.

George married Cora Isabella Eldridge [7304] [MRIN: 2862], daughter of Charles Francis Eldridge [280] [LZP6-XBV] and Daisy Ella Irene Reynolds [7306].
