Most shops in Chang Chiang are shut Likewise the port has
closed down. The last of the junks left for Wu Tze Lee on day six. All the junks then
sailed to Wing Ting Mai after leaving Wu Tze Lee to avoid the fleet of Prince Hei Ho Bang.
They return on day twenty. About five percent of the male population returns with them and
the port reopens in a small way. It can now handle the fishing fleet and one major junk
every three days. |

In the town are all the things you would expect, Temples to
Buddhism and Taoism, Government departments, shops, except that most are closed. The
Taoists are running the town. They will be only too happy to side with the Tang's
(Especially if they helped with the defence of Wu Tze Lee). If the party mention that they
were on the side of Hel Churl they will be shunned and told to leave. |

Built into the mountain the city nestles against a large
mine entrance, clad in jade and ornately carved. The entrance stands forty feet tall.
Inside are many miles of tunnels, which honeycomb the mountain. The entrance is guarded
and the mine has been shut down due to a shortage of manpower. |

The players will be able to get their passports stamped at
the customs office, which is running on a skeleton staff. There is no police force
operating in the town. |

| The town leader Yu Zhi Sheng is dead. The Taoists will choose a new leader in three
months at the next equinox. a The Taoists are in charge of running the town until the new
leader is chosen. |
| The Taoists are in charge of running the town until Yu Zhi Sheng returns. |
| The mines are closed until enough men can be found to reopen it |
| The Prince will lose the war. |
| The Prince lost the war but the treacherous Hel Churlians defeated their forces. There
is a general bitter hatred to all Hel Churlians, Heis and Mings |
