(Wedding Bells) The Emperor
steps forward and says Welcome future Emperor of the Middle Kingdom. Let it be known
that in seven days this man will marry my daughter and become Emperor on that day.
Several messengers leave to announce the news. A cheer rises from the crowd in the throne
room. |

During the next few days there is a handover of power. The
characters are briefed on court procedures and major families come and pay tribute. (The
Hei family pay tribute but Prince Hei Ho Bang is not there.) If they have session time
left and they want to use it let them do what they like and play the session out. Be
careful not to run overtime. They will be tolerated in their actions to the point of
killing people. If they do this the offending character(s) will be placed under house
arrest until the ceremony. |
(Coronation) On the
seventh day die wedding ceremony is held. At dawn there is a magnificent fireworks
display. A large portion of the Heavenly Bureaucracy are in attendance including the Eight
Immortals and the Jade Emperor. All through the morning renown performers entertain the
Heavenly Bureaucracy, Imperial Court and masses. [DM: Wen Cha Lin can be part of the
entertainment and will give an exceptional performance.] There is a crowd of about four
million in Tianamin Square. The heads of the three religions hold a combined service. [DM:
With Xue Shu Chong if she is alive.] You are married and made Emperor of all the civilised
worlds that form the Middle Kingdom. |
