(The Seaweed
Inn) This is a wooden building with no windows and a very small door, four feet by
eighteen inches. Around the door are strips of seaweed which have been platted to form the
name "Seaweed Inn". |

It is is quite dark inside. There is only one lamp burning
in the centre of the room. The owner is Ying Hai Cao. He is only three feet five inches
tall and stands on a raised platform behind the counter. He is friendly and polite with a
high squeaky voice. He is totally loyal to Wing Ting Mai. He does not like any form of
magic. |

During the day time there will only be three old fishermen
in here drinking seaweed wine. They are fairly drunk and will not be coherent to talk to.
During the night there will be twenty five people in here. The fisherman are gone and the
inn caters for the younger members of the rich families. They supply good seaweed wine 1
EP per glass and good rice wine 1 GP per glass. All the people in here are being treated
well by Wing Ting Mai and so they are loyal to him. If the party insult Wing Ting Mai the
people will' move to another table. They will be very interested in hearing about the war
or news of the opals. |
