Another site who do not read the CC licence correctly and hence use the image without permission.

My apology. A link on the photo was used to the flickr site so that anyone can know it was owned by you. I agree that there could be better ways to give the credit to you.
Anyway, we have removed the photo from the post. Great shot, btw.

that’s ok it’s not about the credit. If you read the copyright statement, it says only free for use on non-commercial sites. It is a common error that people do not realise that there are several versions of the CC licence.
