James Troughton<\/a> (25) who had a young family was detained on by the Gentleman John Brooke on 12 August 1833<\/a>. He was tried at the Summer Azises along with Thomas Sediard (32) and Samuel Davison (20): with the manslaughter of Sam Okey at the parish of Cheltenham<\/a> on the eleventh day of June 1832. The trio were found not guilty and released on 16 August 1833. James spent 5 days incarcerated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
