The other day, while I was down at the metro, a woman complained. She said: \u201cYou said he won’t go our with our kind!”.<\/p>\n

This caused me to wonder. For me, who is our kind? Well, this image is the answer that popped into my head so quickly it was there before I had finished thinking of the question itself. Clearly my kind would be more complicated than this, a montage of things based on all the places I lived. But this image sits at the core of the Montage.<\/p>\n

People come from all places and are of all types. But there is always the special type that you are. In my case I am half Malaysian chinese. So when people speak to me of your kind, this is what I think of and this provided the inspiration for this\u00a0image<\/a>.<\/p>\n
