The ride was just short of 100km. From my place to the Cooks River Trail, to Home Bush then along the M4 to Parramatta, following the rail line trail to Guildford to join the Pipeline and the\u00a0Aqueduct\u00a0trail to Prospect. Then through Western Sydney Regional Park to Abbotsbury, then down Orphan School Creek to Canley Vale.
