{"id":1309,"date":"2008-11-18T04:40:00","date_gmt":"2008-11-17T18:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wpblog\/?p=1309"},"modified":"2008-11-18T04:40:00","modified_gmt":"2008-11-17T18:40:00","slug":"meroogal-garden-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wp\/old\/?p=1309","title":{"rendered":"Meroogal Garden Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify\">I headed south to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nowra,_New_South_Wales\">Nowra<\/a> for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hht.net.au\/museums\/meroogal\">Meroogal<\/a> Garden Day as hosted by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hht.net.au\/\">Historic Houses Trust<\/a> (HHT). This was a small affair. I am learning that you need to get there at the minute it opens. This is because they have very small hourly tours of these houses. If you are not there early you will have to wait for several hours to get on a tour. Twice I have not had enough time to wait for the tour of one of these houses.  There were a little over half a dozen stalls and they were doing hourly talks.
