It was good. I learned a new way through this suburb and I used it today on the way home from work (I forgot on the way to work). It is excellent and I think I will start using it. It is a little bit longer, but it avoids the annoying having to ride up on the footpath (well it reduced this from twice to once) and it avoids what I think is the most dangerous bit of road I ride along. Well it avoids about 80% of it. The dinner had a healthy debate. I am learning the local bike politics bit-by-bit. And there are certainly people with some strong views.
