We followed a sign down a side street away from the main shopping centre, then into another little set of houses and found a coffee shop tucked away way down here. They said there had been a sign up on the main road. But I would go so far as to say, it was the best place I ate at in Malaysia. Uncle Chow. Run by a Chinese man form Ipoh. All I had was a soft boiled egg, toast with coconut jam and butter. And of course, a coffee. Simple. The other had more complicate meals. I am not sure why I said it was the best. I think it was a combination of a bunch of factors.
