{"id":9020,"date":"2011-04-03T20:49:12","date_gmt":"2011-04-03T09:49:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wpblog\/?p=9020"},"modified":"2011-04-03T20:49:12","modified_gmt":"2011-04-03T09:49:12","slug":"a-day-in-blackheath","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wp\/old\/?p=9020","title":{"rendered":"A day in Blackheath"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After taking some photos of my annual crop of mushrooms, which was no where near as good this year as last, I headed up into the Blue Mountains.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/yewenyi\/5712288829\/sizes\/l\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9022\" title=\"The Annual Mushrooms\" src=\"http:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-03-at-09-33-59.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><!--more-->We had a bit of confusion over daylight savings, but got to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bluemts.com.au\/tourist\/whatson\/?ID=9093\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Blackheath Public School Markets<\/a>. Milla had a great time buying things. I bumped into a folk music friend (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/people\/terryclinton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terry Clinton<\/a>), who I had sadly missed seing singing but less than half and hour. The\u00a0sausage\u00a0sizzle had finished by the time we were there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/yewenyi\/5712851020\/sizes\/l\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9049\" title=\"Blackheath Public School Markets\" src=\"http:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-03-at-12-59-51.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">After we went to a pie shop and had some pies. They were good. We then had some desert. Milla did not like the lemon morang thing that I did, but still ate it anyway. I had to eat the rest to stop her from trying to eat more. We then went for a wander around Blackheath before heading out to Evans Lookout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/yewenyi\/5712293263\/sizes\/l\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-9041\" title=\"Blackheath Public School Markets\" src=\"http:\/\/yewenyi.net\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/2011-04-03-at-13-15-091.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"357\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">At Evens Lookout Milla and I went for a walk. We did not seem to be gone for long, but we were actually gone for an hour and a half. So we raced back to the top. I could not call back as my mobile did not have reception down in the bottom of the valley.
