KATHLEEN ELIZABETH ERWOOD, Deceased. -Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1928, Notice is hereby given, that all persons having CLAIMS against the estate of Kathleen Eliza- beth Erwood, late of Autumn street, Geelong West, nursing sister, deceased, who died on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, and probate of whose will was granted to Harry Cramp, of Redcliffs, in the State of Victoria, store- keeper, and Samuel McMillan, of Fyansford, near Geelong aforesaid, engineer, the execu- tors appointed by the said will, are required to SEND in PARTICULARS in writing of such claims to the undersigned, Arthur O. Hall, solicitor for the said executors, on or before the first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, after when date the said executors will proceed to dis- tribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said execu- tors shall then have had notice, and the said executors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
Dated this seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
