IN the Will of RICHARD TOBIAS SHERRIFF late of Crookwell in the State of New South Wales, Retired Fruiterer deceased Appli- cation will be made after 14 days from pub- lication hereof that Probate of the last Will of the abovenamed deceased dated the 20th November 1946 may be granted to Leslie Rich-ard Sherriff, Iris Jean Selmes and Gladys Thelma Sherriff the Executors names therein and all persons having any claim against the estate of the said deceased are required to forward particulars thereof to the undersigned within the said period. IN the Will of RICHARD TOBIAS SHERRIFF late of Crookwell in the State ot N.S.W. Retired Fruiterer de- ceased. Probate No. 334519 granted to Leslie Richard Sherriff, Iris Jean Selmes and Gladys Thelma Sherriff on 16th January 1948. Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898- 1940, the Testators' Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act 1916- 1938, and the Trustee Act 1925-1942. Notice is hereby given that every creditor or other person having any debt or claim upon or affecting the Estate of the above named deceased who died on the 10th day of July 1947 is hereby required to send in particulars in writing of such debt or claim to the said Executors in care of the undersigned on or before the 19th day of August 1948 at the expira- tion of which time the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the debts and claims of which they shall then have notice; and Notice is hereby further given that the said Executors will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose debt or claim they have not had notice at the time of such distribution.
