Sidney Percy Parkes petitioned for a de-cree for restitution of conjugal rights against Mabel Annie Parkes (formerly Williamson).The parties were married on September 24,1921, at Sydney, according to the rites of the Methodist Church. His Honor granted a de-cree directing the respondent to return to her husband within 21 days of the service on her of the order.
