WILLIAMSON v WILLIAMSON.
In a petition In which Charles Gordon Wil-liamson sued for a divorce from Mabel Annie Williamson (formerly Cramp), the petitioner charged the respondent with having committed adultery with a man unknown to him. The petitioner and respondent were married at Granville in 1914, according to the rites of the Presbyterian Church. Mr. Breckenridge
(instructed by Mr. H. E. M'Intosh appeared for the petitioner, and Mr. H. G. Edwards (instructed by Mr. C. P. White) for the re-spondent.
His Honor reserved judgment.

Sidney Percy Parkes petitioned for a de-cree for restitution of conjugal rights against Mabel Annie Parkes (formerly Williamson).The parties were married on September 24,1921, at Sydney, according to the rites of the Methodist Church.
