ALLEGED THEFT FROM PERSON.
A remand was granted until October 3 by Mr. P. M. Hishon, P.M., in the case in which James Dolan (23), news vendor, and Andrew Ferrie (34), news vendor, were charged that, on Septem- ber 25, at Brisbane, they stole 5/ and a walking stick, of a total value of 7/6, from the person of David Rankin Cramp. Bail was allowed each defend- ant, self in £5 and one surety of £5. Senior Sergeant D. M'Grath prose- cuted.
