Leichhardt in the State of New South Wales Gentle- man deceased-Notice Is hereby given that the First Accounts in the Estate of the abovenamed deceased have this day been filed In my Office Supreme Court Buildings Elizabeth-street. Sydney end all persons having any claims against the said Estate or being otherwise interested therein are hereby required to come in before me at my said office on or before Thursday the thirteenth day of November next at 11.45 o'clock in the forenoon and inspect the same and if they shall think fit ob-ject thereto otherwise if the said accounts be not objected to the same will be examined by me and passed according to law And Notice is also here- by given that on the allowance of the said Ac- counts by the Court commission will be applied for on behalf of the Executors of the Will of the said deceased Dated this fourteenth day of October 1930 L M ADDISON (L.S.), Registrar of Probates, S.
