Another old and respected resident of the
district, Mrs. Christie, widow of the late Mr.
Wm. Christie, of Wheeo, died, at the ripe age of
72, at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. R.
Marks, Spring-street, Crookwell, on Wednesday,
23rd instant. She leaves four daughters, all
married. The funeral took place on Friday in
the Methodist section of the Crookwell cemetery.
