IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES.-Probate Jurisdiction.-In the Will of REBECCA AUSTRALIA MORRICE, late of Comfort Hill, Cross Roads, near Sutton Forest, in the State of New South Wales, wife of David Morrice, deceased. NOTICE is hereby given that the Accounts in the Estate ot the abovenamed deceased have this day been filed in my office, Chancery-square, King-street, Sydncy, and all persons having any claim on the said Estate or being otherwise interested therein are hereby required to come in before me at my said office on or before Wednesday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at 10.30 a.m. o'clock in the forenoon, and inspect the same, and if they shall think fit object thereto; and if the Mid accounts be not objected to the same will be passed according to law.
