Occasionally a noble will exit or enter. They always show
identification. If the players are able to forge identification papers or sneak past some
other way they can enter the nobles' part of the city. A nobles' city pass purchased at
the gates to the city is sufficient proof for entry. If anyone enters the nobles area they
will find a very well furnished area with lots of pagodas and private guards. Everything
is available here but at twice the normal price. |
