DEATH OF MR. N. P. BAYLY.-Another of those sad and unexpected deaths with which we have been so painfully familiar of late is reported (says the Herald) by private telegram from England: Mr. Nicholas Paget Bayly, second son of the late N. P. Bayly, of Havilah, Mudgee, died on Friday last, at Liverpool, of inflammation of the brain. The circumstances of the case are particularly melancholy. Mr. Bayly was on his honey- moon trip, had travelled via 'Frisco through America, and landed in Liverpool just in time to die. His marriage in Sydney, on the 11th of April last, with the eldest daughter of the Hon. John Marks, will be very well remembered, and his death as generally regretted. He was in his 23rd year

Wednesday, received 12.55 afternoon. The remains of the late Nicholas Paget Bayly having been received from England, his funeral will leave St. Mark's Church, Darling Point, to-morrow afternoon.

Nicholas married Florence May Marks [1368] [MRIN: 324], daughter of John Marks [1369] and Elizabeth Preston Moffit [1370], on 1883 Apr 11 in Darling Point, Cumberland County, New South Wales.¹ (Florence May Marks [1368] was born in 1863 in Kiama, Camden County, New South Wales ⁷ and died in 1932 in Woollahra District, New South Wales, Australia.)
