DEATH OF MR. N. P. BAYLY.-Another of those sad and unexpected deaths with which we have been so painfully familiar of late is reported (says the Herald) by private telegram from England: Mr. Nicholas Paget Bayly, second son of the late N. P. Bayly, of Havilah, Mudgee, died on Friday last, at Liverpool, of inflammation of the brain. The circumstances of the case are particularly melancholy. Mr. Bayly was on his honey- moon trip, had travelled via 'Frisco through America, and landed in Liverpool just in time to die. His marriage in Sydney, on the 11th of April last, with the eldest daughter of the Hon. John Marks, will be very well remembered, and his death as generally regretted. He was in his 23rd year
