RE Will of SAMUEL ABRAHAM HEARN late of Bigga, deceased, Pro-bate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on the 16th March 1950 Pursuant to the Wills Probate and Administration Act 1898-1947 (Testa-tor's Family Maintenance and Guardian-ship of Infants Act 1916-1938 and Trus-tee Act 1925-1942) Linda Moss and Llewellyn Horace Bales Webster the Exe-cutrix and Executor of the Will of Samuel Abraham Hearn who died on the 30th December 1949 hereby give notice that creditors and others having any claim in or to the Estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the said Executrix and Exe-cutor care of Messrs. Hanley & Prentice, Solicitors, Goulburn Street, Crookwell, on or before the 30th April 1951 at the expiration of which time the said Executrix and Executor will dis-tribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
