In the WILL of JOHN FORD, late of Bathurst in the colony of New South Wales, Gentleman, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the New South Wales Government Gazette appli-cation will be made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction that PROBATE of, the WILL of JOHN FORD, late of Bathurst, in the Colony of New South Wales, Gen-tleman, deceased, who died at Bathurst, in the Colony aforesaid on the Tenth day of December, may be granted to MARY ANN FORD, of Bathurst, aforesaid, widow of the said deceased, JOHN HENRY RATCLIFFE-FORD, of the same place, clerk, and SAMUEL PERCY FORD, of Forbes, in the said colony, clerk, the Executrix and Executors in the said Will named.
Dated this nineteenth day of DECEMBER (A.D.), 1890.

MRS. M. A. FORD.
The death occurred recently at her home at Randwick of Mrs. Mary Ann Ford widow of Mr John Ford, formerly of Macquarie House, Bathurst, Book Booka Station, on the Macquarie River, and Gandrin Station on the Lachlan River.
Mrs. Ford, who was 92 years of age, was a member of a family of pioneer pastoralists and settled at Bigga, in the Abercrombie dis-trict. She is survived by a son, Mr. Percy Ford, late of Forbes, and four daughters -Miss Ethel Ford, of Randwick; Mrs. Mewton (Melbourne), Mrs. Grace (Clifton Gardens), and Mrs. Read (Coogee).
